Liked: Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Taking good care of clients. I observed a staff have an engaging exchange with 2 young children. Very kind.

Disliked: Cleanliness is bad for a 4* hotel, the toilet smelled like a public toilet and it is embedded in the room, not a separate space

Overall fine

Liked: Close to bus shelter
Disliked: Pricey for that kind of hotel situation, old, not in the center. Probably due to it was during peak season
