Awesome reception and excellent location

Liked: The reception was awesome. Had good experience with both Inna & Veronica. They were excellent.
Disliked: The housekeeping was not good. We only used the housekeeping once in our 4 night stay and sorry to say that they were terrible. Tissue box nor refilled, the bath liquid soap not refilled and the room wasn't cleaned properly.

Liked: Room was clean and spacious for one person, the underground garage was a bit weird to get in, breakfast was good a lot of options and gotta say the best were the receptionists who were friendly and very helpful and sweet (especially the quirky blonde receptionist but i forgot her name) All in all if i ever visit Salzburg or anything in the vicinity ill be booking a room here

Liked: It was an easy tram ride into salzburg. The location was great for visiting the old city.

Buy a tent if you...

Liked: The staff at reception were friendly.
Disliked: The first room we had was disgusting. White stain marks all over the furniture; the floor clearly hadn't been cleaned, dust everywhere and the toilet had huge dark stains under the waterline. When asked for a different room we were downgraded from a 'comfort' (larger square footage, which we paid for) room to a standard room (smaller in size). Even in the new room, unfortunately after we'd given the 'ok' to the staff about the cleanliness (they took us to the room and asked if the new room was ok right there and then), we found the bathroom bin hadn't been changed and a used wipe was lodged under the toilet seat, raising questions about what else hadn't been cleaned properly. Across both rooms the overall state was bad. For a 4 star hotel the quality of furniture, room layout, out of date colour scheme and overall cleanliness was really lacking. My girlfriend and I spent 30 minutes looking online for another hotel, but we felt it wasn't appropriate to just waste the money on this booking.
