Would stay here again.
Liked: Convenient. Clean. Good breakfast. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Always fresh cookies at the end of the day. Pool was clean and nice temp.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Very nice stay
Liked: Room was clean and spacious. The location is in close range of A LOT of different culinary options and the interstate. Overall a nice experience and location
Disliked: Slight confusion with 3rd party booking payment, but the front desk was able to clear it up without issues.

Enjoyed stay and will stay...
Liked: easy access location. breakfast included with stay, no carpet in the rooms, comfortable.
Disliked: Ice machine on third floor broken. Had to go to the lobby for ice.

Wonderful stay, will be back...
Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The TV remote was user friendly.
Disliked: The shower head was difficult to adjust so the water pressure wasn't as good as it could be.

Liked: The breakfast staff, a lady, was very friendly, and the breakfast itself was good.
Disliked: The room did not match my reservation—I had booked a room with a king-size bed and a sofabed, but instead, there were only regular couches, and the hotel gave me an inadequate rollaway bed as a replacement. The service at the reception was absolutely terrible: the receptionist, Ashley, was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. After waiting 15 minutes for the rollaway bed, she just threw the bedding on the floor and left without making the bed, which is unacceptable. To make things worse, she forgot to bring pillows, so I had to go back to the reception, wait in line again, because she refused to prioritize my request, making the experience even more frustrating. Completely disappointing service.

Not worth the expense
Disliked: You had to schedule your room to be cleaned. Then when they came, the trash was not always emptied or the dirty towels replaced

Not sure I would book...
Liked: Location
Disliked: Our first room, the air conditioner did not work and the sink was clogged. I asked them if they could give us a different room, which they did and was very apologetic. The second room was better but had no soap or shampoo in the shower and there was a rust stain in the shower. This hotel had a high rating but did not live up to that.
