Liked: The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean. It was nice and quiet
Disliked: The pillows were too soft. We had a problem with out toilet. Highway noise was tough.

weak, money for nothing

Disliked: Deposit at the check in- 100$, and the payment 230$ for one nigth in this motel. At the reception during check out I heard my deposit wil be return 2-3 working day. I had to wait 2 week -15 day for this money.!!!!! Travelling in US everywhere is deposit, in every hotel, in everhy car rental firms. Two weeks of your travel and you have to pay 2000$ may be more in the deposit...credit card is slowly blocked. For what??? The Best Western in Venice wants to yield from your money- stay far from this poeple. and read everything during your booking.......
