Liked: Domestic violence next to our room and nothing was done by anyone, till I finally got out of bed to go stop it.
Disliked: Pillows and the high bed, all laminated flooring

No hot water,power,no breakfast just...

Disliked: I'd be happy to help. What questions do you have about the post and its Though Was awakened at 3am to no power. Got up when the sun came up for light. Though I would take a shower in the dark bathroom, but no hot water. Packed and made my way down the stairs in the Idark with suit case's and wife afraid she would fall. Down 4 floors and only one emergency light working. At the desk I found the door nearest my car could not be opened. So directed to walk around building to leave. ?

Overall happy with the stay.

Liked: Staff was friendly when I needed assistance. My child enjoyed being able to use the pool/hot tub.
Disliked: Was not very happy when the staff closed the breakfast right at 9 AM regardless of customers still eating in the dining area.

Disliked: We stayed on Dec. 22th and Dec. 27th and had two very different experiences. Our stay on Dec. 22 was lovely and the staff was very friendly, helpful. However during our stay on Dec. 27th the front desk enforced a $150 credit hold which we didn’t have during our stay on Dec 22nd. Also certain amenities were lacking…. We asked for pool towels multiple times and the front desk wouldn’t assist us. We waited over an hour and then had to walk back to our room wet. Very disappointed with the service the second stay. Don’t think we will be back if it’s not made right.
