Easy stay; relatively inexpensive for the area. Nice big suite. We would actually stay there again when coming to town for a show at the Rio - it was an easy walk.

Liked: Clean; quiet; good bed; good sheets.
Disliked: A bit outdated as far as lobby and reception.

I really liked that you can't hear your neighbors. Very friendly staff. A lot of room. Big mirrors everywhere. I would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Very nice room; comfortable bed; reasonably priced; pull out bed in living room area.
Disliked: Close to the street - a lot of outside noise. Put drinks in refridgerator but they weren't cold.

I loved how spacious the room was and the bathroom. The bathroom was so pretty and well cleaned. My favorite was the fireplace and the service is very good. They serve great breakfast in the morning and parking is very easy to get to. The rooms are quiet and nice. I would recommend staying here when visiting Santa Cruz.

Basically, it's a reasonably priced place to leave your stuff that is close to the venue (Rio Theatre).

Disliked: Tiny parking garage - every SUV taking 2 spots left nowhere to park our compact. Stained furniture; no remote for front TV; 6 channels on bedroom TV; heat lamp melted cover in bathroom. No info on local attractions; fridge off when we arrived. Generally outdated. No pool.

The room wasn't exactly ready on time but the staff was excellent. I loved it as the room we got with the fireplace - was great. Very spacious and comforting. The bed was also VERY comfortable. Recommended!
