Perfect location, but needs sprucing...

Liked: Breakfast ticked all the boxes and the parking and access to the motorway as we required. It looks like a good place for a party or conference, with many rooms being available for this.
Disliked: The hotel could do with some renovation and maybe even some modernisation now after a long break, but i have stayed there before because it is handy to the location where I was going. There is not so much surrounding the hotel and having only stayed there in winter, it is hard to imagine what is going on here in summer.
