Location, comfort and a beautiful...

Liked: We love the location, cleanliness and overall quality of the Hovell Tree Inn. Each time we have stayed here we have slept in comfort and been greeted by professional and friendly service. This is our only option when we come to Albury, as each time we’ve been assured quality and a high standard, whilst still keeping with tradition by staying with a company like ‘Best Western’.

Good

Liked: Building was quiet, spa and sauna were good added extras. The restaurant staff were lovely, and the food good.
Disliked: Mattress and pillows were very soft, plus we were given the disabled room (which we didn't request) - bathroom shower had a fabric curtain around it making it feel very old fashioned and like a hospital, and was useless at preventing the water from going all over the floor. Lift had no instructions on use and my husband and other guests did not know how to operate it, so it really could do with some clear information.

Liked: The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Easy access to room
Disliked: Room had a couple of issues.Tv in main bedroom didn't have reception, cabling issue.Shower head had a leak, when water turned on it sprayed from middle connecting point.Toilet made a nasty noise, sporadically this wasn't an issue through the day, but at night it was horrible l.These were minor but need to be looked at.

Like being home.

Liked: We have stayed here many times on the way to see family in Melbourne .Always comfortable bed and good facilities. Not the cheapest but up,there with the best.

A touch of class in...

Liked: A really warm welcome. We were upgraded to a two bed apartment on arrival and were delighted to have a full size fridge and a very pleasant view over a grassy square. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was great, again service was very friendly and professional.
