Family Visit

Liked: Room was clean, location was good. Breakfast was great. Staff were all nice but Melissa and Brent at breakfast were amazing!
Disliked: Pillows were uncomfortable and the toilet doesn't even like to flush toilet paper,

I would not recommend this...

Liked: The overall property was fine. The bed was comfortable and seemed cleaned.
Disliked: The hotel claimed it was pet friendly but upon checking in we were told that dogs are not allowed in their courtyard with grass. Dogs are also not allowed to be left in a crate in the room otherwise they are removed and given to the pound at your expense. The surrounding areas to take our dogs out are covered in stickers and goat heads making it uncomfortable for them to go outside. The options to take them out are in the smoking area that is littered with cigarette buds or along a busy road with 4 foot wide grass. The bathroom is very small and hard to open the door as it’s 4 inches from touching the toilet. The shower had hair in it that was not from us.

Liked: The breakfast was good, but they could change a little the menu for each day. But it was good. The staff was just marvelous, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean.m
Disliked: The room were small. More control with guests behaviors in the pool area.

Liked: Facility was clean, the front desk employee that checked us in was Amazing!! The check out employee as well. Breakfast is absolutely thee best so far for a best western.
Disliked: We purposely booked this facility for the kitchen area although our stove did not work. Due to only staying 1 night it was too much of a hassle for us to move to another room and no discount could be applied due to booking with a third party such as booking.
