Worst hotel experience

Liked: I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Addison/Dallas Hotel and was disappointed with my experience. The cleanliness of my room, particularly the bathtub, was unacceptable. I had to shower in a dirty tub, which was not what I expected from a hotel at this price point.Additionally, the housekeeping service was lacking. Despite my constant request for cleaning, the people at the front desk would lie and say they are sending someone over to clean, but my room had not been cleaned in 2 days! The sheets were not changed. I also noticed that the curtains were torn and in poor condition, which added to my dissatisfaction. Given these issues, I do not feel that my stay was worth the $350 I paid.

A little disappointed, but fair...

Liked: My husband and I’s experience wasn’t That great. There should be an emphasis on booking.com that there will be an extra charge that the facility uses as a security deposit during the stay. The security deposit that wasn’t mentioned on booking was $100. They give it back after your stay but what if I had the extra money for food or something? That is unacceptable not to inform someone before their stay. I wasn’t prepared for that. Also, there were no towels. They expected us to bathe with huge towels—very uncomfortable by the way. The air conditioner was not working properly. Staff was sweet and didn’t mean any harm…just doing their job. There’s just a lack of resources. Lack of proper communication. It was clean enough and for what it’s worth…it smells nice. To be fair you get what you pay for truly. SN: the waffles that are self serve during breakfast hours taste so good!!! The highlight of our stay.
