Liked: Check in was easy and the fellow was very informative about the property amenities. We stayed on 01/31 for 1 night in a King room with fireplace and jetted tub, which was huge and therefor awesome. We got in the room at 5pm and I claimed dibs on the tub with my 2-yr old granddaughter. We ended up running hot water only, because it just wasn't very hot. The next morning the hot water was HOT. Quality linens and a comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep. The breakfast room off of the lobby had a good quality breakfast with lots of choices, not just the standard fare. There were breads and pastries, cereal, and fruit, hard boiled eggs, Greek yogurt, and all kinds of bread spreads from PB/J to Nutella. PLUS, they served hot scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes, biscuits and gravy, the obligatory waffle machines and even a cappuccino machine!
Disliked: While the soaps and shampoo and conditioner smelled absolutely fabulous, using it made my hair frizzy. Now, if it were something of equal quality to the breakfast, I'd have no complaint. My suggestion to Management: Paul Mitchell or Pantene and forgo any conditioner.
