Pretty okay for a 3...

Liked: good value breakfast buffet, friendly staff
Disliked: The room I was staying in had no warm water and the toilet cistern was continuously flushing. Immediately got a new room as technicians weren’t available over xmas. new room door didn’t open. Was asked 3 (!) times to check again at the reception - the new room was on 3rd floor! Turns out, room was already booked, so got an upgrade as comp. However comfort room didn’t appear different from normal room, and bathroom had black long hair on the ground. So cleanliness could be improved.

Friendly staff, all amenities available

Liked: Location is perfect that's why I chose it
Disliked: The room facing the supermarket meant that lorries were delivering or unloading at odd times during the night. That is a bit disturbing.

Disliked: Unfair personell. They promised to refund for breakfast for one day but never did.

Overall our stay was great!

Liked: Our room was great for a family with 2 kids. Very spacious, with a small living room and a separate room for the kids and the bed was also ok. Breakfast was also great.
Disliked: They could have at least a longer opening hours of their small bar, where we can have drinks & unwind after a long day.
