Not what I expected and...

Liked: Not a whole lot! The grounds were well kept and we saw deer! Otherwise nothing exceptional! Totally not what I expected!
Disliked: Motel was set off the road, hidden in the trees which was fine but other than sign on the road, there were no other identifying signs on the property until you walked into the small lobby where There was a small sign that identified the place as a best western!Very small lobby area and front entrance not welcoming at all, very dark!Didn’t even fool with breakfast that was in a totally separate building which was necessary in a place where rooms had exterior doors! I wasn’t about to go through freezing and below freezing weather for what was probably standard, subpar motel breakfast!Outside Door handle to our room was about to fall off because of a screw backing out. We told some one of the housekeeping staff, and were told to screw it back in ourselves! Sorry but I don’t normally carry screwdrivers with me just in case I have to screw a door handle back on! Staff couldn’t be bothered!Hardly any plugs in the room would charge iPads and phones! Like no electricity was coming out and it took forever, as in overnight, to get 50% charge! Totally not what I expected, set off the road, hidden in the trees. Sign on the road, no sign on the buildings themselves! If there had been anything else there, this best western would not have been identified!Very small lobby area.Didn’t even fool with breakfast in freezing weather because it was in a building set off from all the rooms, but I guess with outside entrances this is what you get.Door handle was about to fall off the door to our room because of screw backing out. Like no electricity was coming out!Every plug outlet I tried in the room was very loose and the plugs on our devices barely stayed in the plugs! This was probably why they didn’t charge or took forever to charge up!

Beautiful location, nice size rooms...

Liked: Beautiful hotel, the kids enjoyed the stay and chance to relax in a hot tub!
Disliked: Beds where really hard

Stay was good but repairs...

Disliked: Bed had board sticking out and bump into the couple of times

I would stay here again.

Liked: I liked the breakfast, the size of the room, the hotel grounds, the price...
Disliked: The mattresses were a little hard, the toilet was right at the bathroom door. There was plenty of room in the bathroom to move it over a foot or two.
