Disappointing

Disliked: Staff was mean to kids in pool. VERY out dated. Card for doors didn't work. Had to keep getting reprogram

Despite the friendly staff and...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was okay and room was clean.
Disliked: The beds were absolutely terrible. We could feel and hear the springs every time we moved, it was even noisy when my child sat down. It felt more like a box spring than a mattress. We did not sleep well and woke up feel exhausted and sore.

Disliked: Older mattresses, things starting to show their age. The elevator was very slow. No one seems to keep track of the luggage dolly's. we waited for over 45 minutes for one to show up, but never did.
