Good for a night near...

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: No inside entry to the room - and the decor is a bit dated. No elevator to 2nd floor was not mentioned in the hotel description.

Best Western should live up...

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Upon arrival, we had an issue with the a/c. They changed our room straight away. Housekeeping was good. Lovely pool area with beautiful flowers.
Disliked: Several shortcomings. The picture of the pool shows lounge chairs. There were none there and none to be obtained. The „hot“ breakfast items were not hot but wrapped synthetic stuff to be microwaved and a machine that made inedible rubbery pancakes. Both washer and dryer in the guest laundry had ‚out of order‘ notes on them. When I complained, it turned out, the washer actually worked. The saving grace was that they let me use the housekeeping dryer.

Disliked: Upon arrival we were told our room had been changed to a single room, we were 3 people and they could not accommodate us. Please refund my payment.

BW is an underdog

Liked: 1-Love the cleanliness of the room. 2-Friendliness of staff. Adequate employees. No shortage.3-Attention to detail in room prep and refresh.4-The ac worked great. 5-Water pressure was good too.6- lots of great food choices for breakfast7- checkout process was easy & fast.9- manager loves plants. Office and property shows or great care10- room is large. Love the furniture: bed, seating, desk, 11 - amenities ate great. Fairly bew fridge & microwave.12- Lots of outdoor seating around pool. Pool very clean13- vending was available14- parking has electric car charging Station. 15- available trash and smoking bins outside .
Disliked: (1) Having no choice in room location. With no elevator. It was tough carrying heavy luggage up a flight of exterior stairs. I have torn rotator cuffs and scoliosis. Carrying heavy objects is risky.(2) connection for tv failed all day my last night DirectTV-no signal(3) i couldn't connect wifi. I had access, but didn't work(4) carpet stain. Room smell, but most hotels have the same scent of dirty carpet.
