Liked: Clean and convenient
Disliked: They were renovating the suite above me. The pillows were down/feather and I am allergic to those.

It had everything I needed

Liked: I liked the fact that there was fresh fruit and yogurt available and lots ofchoices for all kinds of diets. The dining room was clean and there was always someoneto make sure the breakfast items were stocked.Also a huge shout-out Sav he was fantastic in his customer service (I should have opened upwith this!) In a world of customer service being a lost art, Sav was a wonderful example of howto run a hotel ( or any customer-driven business for that matter)
Disliked: I would have liked to have half and half for coffee instead of coffee mate,but that really is a first world problem isn't it?

Bad

Disliked: The other guests were so noisy and loud at all hours. It was disruptive and ridiculous. We checked out early and went to another hotel. It takes several minutes for the hot water to come out of the tap for the bathtub. The water pressure in the shower head is low. The shower head should be cleaned at least. Would not return.

Won't stay again.

Disliked: Heater was not working for the room (found out no heat around 11:30pm, switched to another room for the 2nd night.Breakfaster was toooooooooooooo simple, did not care to go for the meat the 2nd day ( bad enough for me to go again)

Exceptional

Met all our expectations.

Liked: All staff were excellent. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Can't think of anything right now.
