Great hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend.

Liked: The lobby staff. They were very accommodating and polite.

Liked: Staff were friendly, engaging, efficient, helpful. Breakfast was well laid out, plenty of choices, well stocked for all 4 hours. Stayed 4 nights, enough variation in breakfast each day to keep it new.
Disliked: Mattress softer than we prefer but we slept well regardless. Standard poly fill pillows, no problem for us as we brought our own.

Liked: Comfy room, bathroom clean, friendly reception, breakfast ok, just as one expects. A plus: there are no carpets as usual with Best Western, for me a source of dust and dirt. Some good restaurants within 2 mile distance.
Disliked: You need a car to get to downtown (but that doesn't come as a surprise if you look at the location).

Liked: Great location relative to all the things we wanted to see and do. Friendly staff, very responsive to requests.
Disliked: You can see there’s some wear and tear on the property. Nothing alarming, just an observation.
