Liked: I liked the size of the room, as it was very spacious and comfortable for the two of us. It made for a restful night and this was great, due to the fact that we had a race the morning after our stay.

Liked: The bed was soft and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a variety to eat. The location was good between Carmel and Monterey. There was a desk to use.
Disliked: I could hear my neighbors as they were talking in their room. The pool water was too cold.

Liked: Location and staff was fine.
Disliked: Shower was awful, bed was not so nice and the rooms are definitly not quiet, you can hear everything from those thin walls.

Visitin Big Sur

Liked: The room was nicely big, the check-in super easy and the staff was friendly giving us a lot of information on what to do around Monterey. The location is very good to visit Big Sur while the Highway 1 is still closed, since it's just 1h away from the closure, and it's also close to Carmel-by-the-Sea. Good parking.
Disliked: Room on the second floor without elevator, with 2 big bags wasn't easy, but still manageable, so not really a problem.
