Really Nice Staff

Liked: This was our second time at the Best Western in Palmyra, NY, and it was again a pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was great, we wanted for nothing during our stay. This hotel is located between our family members, very convenient. It was very cold during our visit so was very pleased that the heater kept the room nice without it constantly running.
Disliked: I was so looking forward to using the automatic pancake machine. Was sad to see it gone, but understood the reason.

Not worth what we paid.

Liked: Rooms need updates shower needs fixed front desk need to be more attentive you should not stand for more then 10 minutes waiting for someone to show up. Didn't like anything about this stay.
Disliked: It was loud every morning the banging and clanking out side my door was horrible starting as early as 530 am
