Liked: Your beds are very uncomfortable. When being away from home one of the most important things is to try and get good sleep and when the beds are uncomfortable it’s such a disappointment!

Won't stay there unless improved.

Disliked: The bathroom needs hand soap to clean hands after using bathroom, etc. The spa had mold in it after a windstorm (we were told) but it should have been cleaned after the windstorm as it was a very calm day we arrived. Noise from other people using the hotel (we could hear everything they were saying). I would suggest tile or laminate that can be cleaned completely. Carpets can't. The pillows were hard to sleep on.

Liked: VERY CLEAN, INSIDE AND OUT
Disliked: MATTRESSES WERE HARD AND DIDN'T FEEL LIKE THERE WAS ANY PADDING. PILLOWS WERE TOO SMALL. NO ADDITIONAL BLANKETS OR PILLOWS WERE STORED IN THE BEDROOM. WISH YOU HAD SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER LIKE OTHER HOTELS.

Disliked: We did a late check in and when we were getting ready to go to sleep we keep hearing a low battery fire alarm beeping it was in the room next to us that was empty but it was loud enough to keep disturbing our sleep. :/
