Safe and comfortable stay, but...

Liked: The room/bed was comfortable and the location felt safe. The breakfast was available, but not very good with much selection. It was easy to get in and out of with no problems with parking or staff or anything.
Disliked: The room was surface clean, but needed some attention. There were marks on the walls, dead beetles in the windowsills, and a dirty washcloth had been left hanging on the shower bar.

Cleanliness and bug spray would...

Liked: The location was nice. It wasn’t too far from where I had to work. The staff were very friendly and engaging as well. Beyond that, that’s all that was good.
Disliked: My room was filled with bugs. The towels weren’t all clean. The bedding didn’t appear to be bad until I looked at the sheets. They were discolored and it all smelled really weird. The bugs were my biggest complaint and then overall cleanliness was lacking.

Will not keep their promise...

Disliked: I booked for two days we decided to leave early so therefore cancelled my second night they said they would refund my money within 10 days and now the deny a refund …be weary of this place
