Did not stay. Got a refund. In the bad part of town! Booked another hotel. Do not book here!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Trash on balcony; broken beer bottles; rooms not clean.

The King bed was especially comfortable as were the pillows, and it was very quiet and friendly at the desk. No problems. 3 stars.

Liked: Very comfortable overnight stay.

We seriously loved this hotel. They treated us wonderfully. We stayed there during the Vans Warped Tour. They gave us friendly advice on the best transportation and even have extended pool hours. We easily got extra towels and the rooms were cleaned to perfection. We were very happy with our stay and will be returning to this best Western in the future.

They should check room before giving us a room.

Liked: They took care quickly on room changing.
Disliked: Front desk had a bad attitude towards my older daughter. Had to change room two times - one room having a missing mattress, other room shower not working.

It was the worst hotel visit I have ever had. I will never stay at this Best Western again.

Disliked: Cold shower; location; clogged toliet; disrespectful management.

Happy to have found this hotel on this site. The price was reasonable and the room was spacious and clean. Lastly, having a balcony was awesome. Overall, a good experience topped off by a great breakfast next door at the "Celebrity Delly". Our server, Brian, was seriously entertaining and thorough and sealed the deal for a return visit!
