Very pleasant stay in the...

Liked: The staff at check-in were most friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and giving me a room upgrade without me asking. The room was, as always, comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The breakfast selection was extensive and tasty. I have been back to this hotel many times, and will be back again.
Disliked: The hotel is undergoing renovations. As a result there is no working elevator. I would have liked to know that before I made my booking.

Liked: They had building work going on and on Valentine’s Day we was woken up to someone above us breaking down a wall at 8am hotels needs to pre warn people !!
Disliked: The building work that made sleeping impossible

lovely hotel but a lift...

Liked: lovely building, nice lobby with sweets and beverages available free to guests, comfy sofas
Disliked: too many stairs when the lift isn’t working. we were on the 3rd floor which we had to carry our luggage up and down.
