Amazing Staff

Liked: Great Location! Great Staff! Forgot my airpod in my room after check-out. Was able to contact the reception to raise this concern and was able to retrieve the lost (and found) item upon my return to Paris. Lots of restaurants in the area and close to Metro Station (Le Peletier).

Quirky for a romantic getaway

Liked: Upon entering we found it to be quite quirky, clean, warm and welcoming. The front desk was located to the rear so you weren't going past the desk each time you left or came back to the hotel. The staff were lovely in explaining everything to us in English. The room was clean and very warm.
Disliked: The room was smaller than we expected, dim lighting and no mirrors in the room for getting ready to go out but beautifully presented.

Liked: The hotel was beautiful, clean and smelled so nice! Our room balcony has the best view and overall it was great
Disliked: What i didnt like was the bed. They had combined 2 twin size beds into 1 bed and the beds would separate at night which was not comfortable at all. We would wake up with a gap in between 2 beds in the morning.

Cute hotel, 10mins walk to...

Liked: The hotel is cute! and the location was perfect for us. 10 mins walk to Galeries Lafayette was a plus bright pathway with restaurants and shops along the way so I don't feel unsafe walking around the hotel. Even though the room i booked was a little small but the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom is huge. you can open the balcony door and have a little balcony space even if you didn't book the room with balcony. The view from the street side is cute. Perfect stay!
Disliked: there's only one lift for the front wing and it's very old. As i said, the room was small, but i guess this is better than most hotel in Paris.

Enjoyable

Liked: Breakfast was good. There was variety and they accommodated my Gluten allergy.
Disliked: The room was cold. The AC/Heater didn't work (there was an error code). We eventually got a space heater but this was just before check out.

Excellent

Liked: Great location and spacious room, super easy to metro around the city and beds are really soft and comfortable! Staff couldn’t help us enough!
Disliked: No big light in the room only lamps
