Excellent hotel

Liked: Grace and Jeff were very hospitable to me. They were very warm and efficient from the moment I walked in until when I checked out. They were very helpful in informing me about the area and the neighborhood eateries. I would definitely recommend this hotel in Hannibal. Valencia Bell from Texas

Liked: Location, also the night we arrived had a very nice receptionist, he also went out of his way to take a picture of My Mom,me and sisterby the winter picture in lobby
Disliked: Would like a phone call if possible . There was a fire, and some suggestions need made. My husband is a Fire Chief, and wants me to talk with someone about the issues we had. Nothing real bad but deffinatly could of been

Traveling for the holidays. Worked...

Liked: Nice clean room. Quiet. Not far from interstate.
Disliked: Maybe additional soap or shower gel.

Disliked: Every 45 minutes there would be a loud thump noise in the wall. Woke us up every time.

Good location. Could come down...

Liked: The food was not very hot. The waffle was great! The front desk guy was very good.
Disliked: Could be fixed up a bit. The down stairs bathroom was broke. Price may have been a little on the high side. Lots of empty rooms.

Good location and cheap cost.

Liked: Convenient to stores and restaurants.
Disliked: Pool leaves a strong chlorine smell even in the room.
