The hotel was very good. Close to restaurants. Nice bed, I forgot I wasn't home. Will stay there again for any other concerts we go to in Buffalo.

Liked: Large spacious room.
Disliked: Water was spilled under coffee pot and it saturated our items on the desk. For the price of the room they should have water bottles available! Ice machine should be on each floor.

Liked: Location was great. Lots of Bill's fan as it should be on the game day!
Disliked: Maybe the elevator - sometimes slow, but that is usual on every hotel.

Easy access and parking.

Liked: Room was clean and plenty of parking. The chef went out her way to cook more food near the end of breakfast and extended the time. This showed great loyalty and pride in her work.
