This motel takes a “no refunds, no changes, no exceptions” approach to hospitality. Need to adjust a booking weeks in advance due to the ebb and flow of business? Not here, you don’t! Whether it’s two rooms or twenty, if life happens to your plans, it’s your problem, not theirs.As a business that regularly requires rooms in Warrnambool every couple of weeks, we’re always on the lookout for partners who value flexibility. This motel, however, sticks by the rules with a zealous passion that would almost be admirable—if it wasn’t so inconvenient! Fair warning to fellow travellers and businesses: here, flexibility is just a word that rhymes with “nope.”
