Disliked: The room was not clean. Our sheets did not feel clean. Knats all in the room. It smelled very musky. Did not look like pics online. Hallways smells horrible. Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Towels smelled. Someone had cut their hair and it was still in bathroom floor.

Liked: I like the hotel and my third floor room overall. Very clean, extremely quiet, bed was comfortable. Everything was stocked (coffee supplies, soap, tissue, etc). The view is nice. All staff members encountered were pleasant (4 front desk, 1 breakfast hostess, 1 mtce man). Great location. Easy booking and checkout.
Disliked: TV remote was missing the first night. Mtce worker returned it the next morning stating it was removed by accident. Towel bar (unstable) left side is falling out of the wall and needs repair, toilet seat somewhat discolored and needs replacing, the shower hot/cold handle is loose and created a high pitched squeal during shower when using hot water. May sound like minor annoyances, but it means alot when considering the value and cost as well as travelling all day hoping that everything is in place and working properly.
