Disliked: I forgot my wallet in the reception. I told the manager to see the Camara, he said he hasn't the password, and I let him to text the recepition who checking for me on 20 Oct. he said he leave the message and the girl didn't answer. we wait on 21 Oct. from the moring we found we lost my wallet untill 2pm ,we got nothing information and action. we have no driver licence and go back to Canada. from now ,I got anyn information from this hotel, the manger said the girl will come back a couple of days ,now , one week, no respond !!! I want complain this hotel and give me the respond.
