Liked: We liked the location. Also the lady that checked us in was friendly. It is an older motel that was updated a few years ago & probably needs to be updated again or at least needs to be refreshed. We stayed at this motel before COVID & it was very nice but it has changed.
Disliked: The bed was awful. The mattress on one side had collapsed & made strange creaking noises when you sat on that side of the bed. This situation made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. We reported it to the person at the desk when we checked out but she did not give us the impression she cared or was going to do anything about it. The breakfast came in a small white styrofoam box which consisted of scrambled eggs & a small slice of ham. My husband said there were egg shells in his eggs. We ate breakfast out the next morning. We needed fresh towels & when the cleaning person knocked on our door I had just stepped out of the shower when I asked if they could come back they said no. We will not stay at the Best Western in Harbor Springs again.

Liked: Room was comfortable, reception staff really friendly and helpful with dinner recommendations. Ate at Teddy Griffins just a few miles away twice.
Disliked: Paper plates and plastic at breakfast - so much waste to throw away
