This hotel was just what...

Liked: I liked the size and comfort of the room. The bed was perfect.
Disliked: The pool was very small and there were a lot of creaky floors.

Disliked: cold pool area, gross pool, no hot tub

Not very good at all

Liked: Decent breakfast.
Disliked: First room was sweltering hot when we walked in. Thought maybe someone left heat on high, so we turned it off. Windows don't open, so we left room door open and tried air conditioner. It didn't work. Called front desk and they came up to see if they could get it to work. They couldn't. She went and got us another room, which was the room next door. Easy to take our stuff over. Room was the opposite of first room, freezing cold. No heat on. Turned on heater to high and couldn't get any heat. Left the dividing doors open to try to cool down first room or warm up second room. Got the first room down to a more comfortable level. It wasn't the best night sleep for either of us. The front desk tried to help.

Liked: Although the property is a little older, it’s very well cared for. The staff was extremely nice and very accommodating. The breakfast was good with plenty of options for my family.
Disliked: I liked everything! Prior to staying at this hotel, I read the reviews. I was a little nervous to stay here with my family. Totally found out people that were whining about different things, we’re expecting a five star experience while paying 2 to 3 star prices. The breakfast is included in the price, is good and has far more choices than I have at home for breakfast. The pillows are a little on the smaller size, but are big enough, comfortable and didn’t adversely affect my ability to sleep.*We didn’t use the pool but the water was cold.

Disliked: When I asked the night front desk person to give me another body wash container because the one in my room was empty on the first evening we were there, she filled the body wash container with conditioner so I had to wash my body with shampoo. I also did not dare to ask for someone to fix our tub water stopper because I did not want them to think that I messed it up but there were not baths possible in Room 134.

Very pleasent and freindly staff...
