Liked: Man a great place overall. The view, the room, staff, and location absolutely amazing especially for the price. You're literally walking distance from the beach and a 4 to 8 mins drive from food, grocery stores, activities, etc.

Liked: Staff were great and very accommodating. Washing machine did not spin out water the entire month we were there. Spoke to front desk twice and no sighing was ever put on machine. Lazy river not open for first week or so. And our vehicle that was parked in the main lot - south side was covered with a mess of paint/ construction products that required having someone hired to remove the mess that covered the entire vehicle. Washing did not remove. Only 2 accessible spots in the lot. And no way to get into the building that was accessible for someone in wheelchair.Had to stuff towels in door when wind was blowing from the west .Window was unsafe. Someone had broken window and they glued the piece back in instead if replacing the glass.Constantly smelling smoke and weed. It was supposed to be smoke free and certainly wasn't. Awesome view and balcony as well as location. And again, staff were very friendly.
