Disliked: Water pressure was bad the last two times we stayed

Liked: Huge room. Great view. Staff was really nice and very helpful
Disliked: Lack of parking.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and upon arrival were supplied with extra towels and blankets upon request. Breakfast coffee was great!
Disliked: Oh, I have a list. First they asked us what floor we would like to stay on. We said lucky number 7! Not lucky. Caution tape on some doors and freezing from doors being open to the outside in the hallway. The TV did not work but I repaired it myself. The phone did not work but after I called on my personal cell 6 times they finally came and fixed it the next day. Worst part?The indoor pool had black mold and sludge all in it, like it had not been cleaned in months, disgusting. I have never had a worse stay at a Best Western. I tried to leave early and get a partial refund but they said I had to go through booking which was not truthful at all. Customer service the first day was great, the night and following day was just not it. If you hate your job just say so? We wont be back to this particular hotel.

Our stay was exceptional.

Liked: The room was great. The two queen beds were extremely comfortable. The ocean view from the balcony was exceptional. The sofa and ottoman were perfect. The table and chairs were comfortable, and we enjoyed eating at the table. We really enjoyed breakfast. The staff was great.
Disliked: The only complaint was that the tub backed up every time we took a shower. The plumber came, but had to wait until we could leave to fix the issue completely. We just had a little more water in the tub than we were normally used to during our shower. It worked out.

Liked: It was close to the beach as agreed in the initial booking
Disliked: The pools were nasty and dirty. Looks like somebody had actually peed in the pool. The staff was OK upon entering the night shift was clueless or evening shift or whatever you wanna call that and the whole shopping it as a resort with bogus I feel like I got gypped
