Liked: The breakfast was very disappointing The potatoes were terrible, yogurt in refrigerator was frozen, danish poor, eggs tasteless, fruit in terrible condition Coffee was good. Beds comfortable. Felt safe.
Disliked: The breakfast was very poor. Terrible tasting potatoes, yogurt frozen, danish terrible, fruit in really poor condition, eggs just okay.

I would stay again

Liked: Late breakfast. Clean room. Exactly as requested
Disliked: The bed was very low. Difficult for someone with disability to get out of

Liked: Location was convenient. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: No hot water for showers, fake eggs and suspect meat for breakfast isn't a breakfast. Wifi was NOT SECURE. Had to request a different room since the original room smelled like black mold. Very loud, the refrigerator stopped working halfway through the night, zero water pressure. The AC unit needed to be flushed. Considering that 2 hurricanes just occurred you would think that the owners would do their due diligence and sanitize but I guess greed is the owners priority.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, nice...

Liked: Great location, nice pool and hot tub. I enjoyed breakfast they had eggs, sausage , pastries, seasoned potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, yogurts, biscuits & gravy, coffee, apple juice, hot chocolate and orange juice. Comfortable bed. A/C worked great. Housekeeping was friendly.
Disliked: I feel like the room was overpriced. The elevator was a little slow at times. My daughter’s feet were black from briefly walking in the room, the floor was sticky in the room and the carpet was dirty. The room seemed clean but the carpet was not. At night while using the stairs there was a strong smell of marijuana and I was with my young daughter. Parking was not great, one car per reservation. Parking lot was at capacity at night. No safe in room. Bottle of water was 4.00. There was a lot of noise from I75, that might bother some people but I did not mind.
