Disliked: The first room assigned wouldn’t open. Clerk concluded the battery in the door sensor was dead. I got another room.

Liked: Did not participate in breakfast, we are not early risers, and breakfast was over before we were up and about.
Disliked: Firmer pillows.

Good hotel, but poor performance...

Liked: The staff was very helpful, the facilities were very nice, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations.
Disliked: This was NOT the hotel's fault, but they didn't have a record of one of my two room reservations when I arrived, even though I'd received confirmation for both from Booking.com. Fortunately, the hotel wasn't full that night. I don't know what happened, and neither did they. I will now double check my reservations in advance with the establishment rather than trust Booking.com. If it happens again, I see no point in using this site.
