Liked: everyone was nice.
Disliked: our phone and ear chargers were forgotten in room. Cleaning crew "didn't find them". Went back to hotel and looked for them in room. They were not where we had plugged them in. Not sure where else they could have been as they were not in our luggage. No big deal we can replace both but the block and ear chargers were special and expensive.

Liked: Staff was helpful and friendly. The property was quiet. The lobby was well designed and modest.
Disliked: The coffee did not taste good - it had a weird smell and an aftertaste. Eggs tasted powdered. There was no tv remote in our room; and the plug-ins at the lamps were faulty. We had to charge our phones in the bathroom. The sheets/bedding did not breathe, so we sweated all night.

Disliked: I think booking.com should list the actual pet fee (not a generic statement "charges may apply").This is the second time where I was charged for pet fee higher than what's on booking.com from 2 different hotel chains.On booking.com, pet fee for this particular hotel was $25-$30. I was charged $40 per night per pet for a 20lb dog.The other chain was going to charge $75 per night per pet. I had my dog stayed with my sister since $75 was ridiculously too expensive for the level of hotel chain.
