Quiet and great staff

Liked: The staff were remarkable. Very well trained and friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast could have a little more variety. I really enjoyed the teas.

I stay on a regular...

Liked: Staff are always friendly and helpful. Room very clean. Very quiet and comfortable. Love staying here.
Disliked: I have no complaints. Everything is always as it should be when you pay to stay somewhere.

great, would stay again.

Liked: Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable of local attractions-great recommendations! The room and common areas were clean. Breakfast was good, variety of options.
Disliked: The sofa bed was atrocious and flat. There was minimal protection when lying on the bed from the frame—very uncomfortable. It was as if there was no mattress. Housekeeping was good, but there was a minor hiccup. We had not left the room, and although it was communicated that we would be out within 10 minutes (shortly past 11 a.m.), the room had not been tidied, at all when we got back later that night.
