From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was well stocked with many choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved being close to our concert venue, it was very convenient.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. Room was clean, first hotel shower I’ve had where it got hot as soon as you turned it on. Pleasant, helpful staff. A very good hotel.

Liked: The A/C in the room was nice, the beds were soft, and the ice machine was very close, and the employees were nice. The location was very close to where we need to go.
Disliked: When we first arrived to are room, the door was already opened for some reason, and that made us very uncomfortable. There was also an already used toilet paper roll, in the bathroom.There's water damage and black mold on the ceiling.The pillows were extremely small, and made sleeping difficult. The bathroom door doesn't lock. The eggs for breakfast were extremely watery. The boiled eggs, smelled and tasted horrible, almost rotten, and not fresh.
