Poor night's sleep

Liked: Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Pillows were uncomfortable. Bathroom sink was clogged. The room heater was so loud it woke me up every time it turned on. This is a tired old hotel.

Disliked: No elevator and not advertised that property had no elevator as someone with mobility difficulties this is important especially when your assigned room is on the 2nd floor!!! There was no offer to have the room changed when I brought this up.Had to ask for extra blankets and pillows for pullout bed and it took almost an hour to get themI booked my room to include breakfast and upon arrival I was told it only covered 1 adult in the room - not the entire room…….

Liked: The pool area and hot tub were great! Staff was friendly.
Disliked: I didn't realize there was no continental breakfast when I booked, though I was happy there was coffee in the lobby with Matteos sugar free syrup! Yum!
