Liked: The location was farther out then I would have liked. It could have been closer to downtown.

Passable

Liked: The breakfast was fair, compared to other hotels. Basic eggs, pancakes...However, the coffee and hot water were always only luke warm.The location was great, about 30 minutes from the French Quarter, which was good as it was not in hhe hustle and bustle.
Disliked: Bedroom was only cleaned on the first of 5 days.

Very nice but could’ve done...

Liked: Good area close to the interstate, staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I had to go down to the front desk every time I needed towels or toilet paper or anything like that because they don’t come in the room and clean while you are staying there even if you ask them to.

Poor

Liked: I liked the proximity to Downtown New Orleans
Disliked: Bathtub was very dirty, we made a complaint to front desk and they promised someone would come by. No one ever came by.

Could have been a lot...

Liked: The ladies that sat at the front was very nice and helpful
Disliked: We paid almost 300$ for a room that didn’t have a microwave, refrigerator nor blow dryer. The tv didn’t work either.
