Liked: The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was great. Room was very comfortable.

Liked: The location is really good. Close to local shops and library and metro station.The staff are very nice and always try to help.
Disliked: No lift which was a bit tricky since I have a push chair. But the ladies in the reception offered their help to keep the pushchair downstairs.No phone In the room.The cleaner didn’t clean the room even though I put the sign but she managed to collect the rubbish later.

Did exactly what I wanted

Liked: Location of hotel is very good. Near to a number of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Shower was reasonable as well, which is important.
Disliked: Room was ideal for what I wanted, but the decor was a little dated and could do with freshening up.
