Liked: The staff was great. Belinda was exceptional, very pleasant and kind. I forgot the lady's name at the front desk on Saturday morning, starts with a S. Excellent service , and very caring.

Liked: The staff are absolutely exceptional in their customer service! Perry was engaging and helpful from my check-in until my checking-out. All of the staff especially the housekeeping made us feel at home and not just a hotel!

Great place to stop. Clean...

Liked: The breakfast was OK. Loved the staff. I visited with Serisa when I checked out. She is very friendly.
Disliked: Sign in bathroom says to conserve energy and place towels that you want to reuse on the "rack". There is NO RACK in the bathroom....room 213.

Liked: The staff was friendly and the room was clean on arrival.
Disliked: The bed was a little too hard. There was a gap around the door that let light in. Our first night there was a fire in the building at 4:30 am. I know for our safety we had to leave our rooms but it made the rest of my stay, I was very nervous .
