After looking for a hotel room for after attending the Matthew West concert, most of the surrounding hotels were priced extremely high; when we found the Best Western, that was priced much better. We thought it wouldn't be a pleasant experience - wrong, it was great, including the free breakfast the next morning.

Disliked: None. Very satisfied.

Liked: Got a room upgrade and it was really really good. Bed was super comfy and room was waaay too big. Amazing stay!

Overpriced for what it is

Liked: Breakfast had plenty of options and the staff was very friendly and kind. Room and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The hallways smelled very bad. Very expensive for a 3 star hotel. I don’t like carpet in hotels. They smell bad and feel dirty.

Nice hotel

Liked: Nice hotel very clean, they let us choose what floor we liked. The room was very big and comfortable.
Disliked: They need to put more shampoo/body gel. There was no shower cap and no trash can in the room, only a tiny one in the bathroom.

A very pleasant stay after...

Liked: The location was easy to find with ample parking. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The decor and standard of the room was excellent. In particular the desk space along with sufficient clothing storage and the large tv made the room feel that extra bit more value for money.
