Bad

Liked: Nothing. The breakfast was basic. Staff never cleaned, bad service, woke up my family and kids 8 am to ask if we were leaving! Pool was cold. Hot tub was cold!
Disliked: Breakfast, service, cleaning bad! Price too high for all

Liked: Good location. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Room was very old fashioned with a hole in the wall that was clearly waiting to be fixed. The decor was at least 20 years out of date. Breakfast was basic. Air conditioning unit on balcony was v noisy

Disappointing

Liked: Location and breakfast the me and my family haven’t come for 5 years and it worst then before the hotel is old no renovation at all cockroaches in the bathroom not clean at all

Old hotel in great location.

Liked: Hotel is located in best possible location with only 10 minutes walk to the beach.
Disliked: 1. Very old king apartment room with soft mattress 2. Slow internet, 3. Bad breakfast. Overall bad hotel where you don’t want to stay next time.

Disliked: Was hoping the room would include a desk area. Not sure about daily maid service, don’t think they came while we were there.

You get what you pay...

Liked: The breakfast was as expected. The ladies working it were amazing and helpful. The location was great. We were able to walk almost everywhere we went! There was an artist painting new canvases that were beautiful!
Disliked: The hot tubs were broken and no one bothered to tell me at check in. That was THE reason I chose this hotel due to my health issues. I knew after the 8+ hr drive I would need it. When I called to ask, they had been broken since before we arrived and we just weren’t told at checkin. There were roaches everywhere. I understand its 8 blocks from the beach and bugs. I live in florida. I left an open soda can on an end table for 10 min and came back to it covered in roaches. I ended up with ants in my CAR from the parking lot. I had to call and ask where breakfast was bc I was given no information when I checked in. Also no information about mini golf so we didn’t get to take advantage of that on site either.

Bad

Disliked: Office was run down. Rooms were terrible. Found dead/alive bugs in the room. Bed bugs on the mattress. Asked for a refund, assured they would send it and then told booking.com that they wouldn’t. We’re now out $900 for what was supposed to be a 3 night stay . DO NOT BOOK
