Staff was friendly but I...

Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: I booked my room through booking.com and when I got to the hotel, they could not find my reservation. I booked two rooms, one in my name and one in a friends name. They finally found my friends name, but then couldn't find the other room in my name. Finally, using the confirmation number they found it and I guess the reservation hadn't been transferred over. It was a very long process for something that should've been simple. The room was fine, but nothing special. Breakfast was disappointing. It was expensive for what we got.

Liked: Great location, staff was nice, tea/coffee in the lobby at all times was great
Disliked: It was pretty dingy mostly in the bathrooms and definitely needed a good vacuum.

Liked: Location was close to where we were visiting and accepted dogs
Disliked: Had an extra charge for dogs with obnoxious rules to go along with it. Floors in room were sticky, bed sheets didn’t seem that clean. Bath tub wasn’t that great. There were dogs in other rooms barking most of the night. Breakfast wasn’t stocked at all and it was 8am.
