Great place to stay. Room was clean. Easy access to everything, but off the strip. We will stay there again when we return to Branson.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good as well
Disliked: Room was next to stairwell and the door made terrible noise every time it closed was very annoying when trying to sleep

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. The key cards were the best we have ever used! The beds were extremely comfortable.
Disliked: The only complaint is that we chose a hotel with an indoor heated pool for entertaining our 5 year old while not doing other things, and the pool wasn't heated. I couldn't swim with him at all. He would get out with blue lips. After a few days, he was tired of freezing and didn't want to go back. That was disappointing. But we will go back again this summer when we don't need the heated pool.

Overall it was an okay...

Liked: We liked the location and the breakfast served.
Disliked: The pool was closed the entire time for resurfacing and that was the #1 reason we chose to stay there

Disliked: The pool and hot tub were out of order and the beds were uncomfortable.

Great hotel Great value!

Liked: Breakfast was very good
Disliked: The desk clerk could have told us that when we entered to the right of the front door the side entrance on the right side we would be entering the second floor rather than the first floor took us a little time to figure out what was going on. But that was really no big issue.
