Disliked: Staff never interacted with us. When we got there the lady never just said checking in? Took my card ands id and never said another word. Same in the morning when checking out girl never got up from her stool to ask what we needed or asked how was everything? Breakfast was cold

Liked: The staff were friendly and kind at all times. They cannot help the material state of the hotel they work for.
Disliked: The property is seriously run down. You don’t expect gleaming luxury in a 120 dollar a night best western, but you do at least expect clean and a bathroom that is not crumbling and gross (see indicative pictures). This place is in need of urgent renovation unless it wants to charge 40 a night as a dirty flop house. Right now the bathroom was so bad it felt unhygienic, That’s not the staff’s fault, they do the best they can with bad material. The owner needs to invest in renovation - oh and pillows that aren’t horrible too!
