Disliked: Bed bugs! considering sleeping is the mai. purpose of staying in a hotel, that defect is of the most significance. My daughter is all bitten, and even in pain!

Disliked: Someone was booked to our same room and given a key and unlocked and walked into our room.Front desk made a huge mistake.The toilet wouldn’t flush the entire stay.Could use better housekeeping for sure.The jetted spa tub in our room was disgustingly filthy when the jets turned on.

Liked: The breakfast was good, but I was a little disappointed with the breakfast time. A sign should have been posted in the rooms stating the breakfast hours. The breakfast hours were 6:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m.
Disliked: When we first arrived we were given a room with dirty sheets. I called the front desk and asked for another room. Second, the toilet was broken in the second room, and the water was leaking from the toilet. We were told because it was Friday they could not get a plumber. Lastly, the phone in that room was not working also and we were told they could not fix it. We had to pack our things up twice to move to another room. I feel that we should have been refunded some of our money back because of the situation we were put in. We also had to pay them a $100.00 deposit to hold until we checked out. This inconvenienced me because I didn't have the extra money for the deposit. I had to use my food money to pay for that deposit. We made it there a day earlier and paid for an extra night, we had to pay another deposit for that room. This was a total of $200.00 we had to pay extra. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone because of the situation we were put in.
