Our stay there was disappointing,...

Liked: The breakfast was good, but I was a little disappointed with the breakfast time. A sign should have been posted in the rooms stating the breakfast hours. The breakfast hours were 6:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m.
Disliked: When we first arrived we were given a room with dirty sheets. I called the front desk and asked for another room. Second, the toilet was broken in the second room, and the water was leaking from the toilet. We were told because it was Friday they could not get a plumber. Lastly, the phone in that room was not working also and we were told they could not fix it. We had to pack our things up twice to move to another room. I feel that we should have been refunded some of our money back because of the situation we were put in. We also had to pay them a $100.00 deposit to hold until we checked out. This inconvenienced me because I didn't have the extra money for the deposit. I had to use my food money to pay for that deposit. We made it there a day earlier and paid for an extra night, we had to pay another deposit for that room. This was a total of $200.00 we had to pay extra. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone because of the situation we were put in.

Liked: Front desk was very nice and pleasant. She was very helpful with helping me choose a restaurant close by.
Disliked: One of my bath towels was rolled nicely as if clean but had a long black hair on it along with dirt stains on it.

Convenient location for visiting family

Liked: Friendly staff - Samantha was great, although there was an error in processing the room payment/transaction.
Disliked: Half full bottles of individual use shampoo bottles in bathroom, computer system down, wifi not working, room charged twice.

Continent to my job location.

Liked: I didn’t eat the breakfast.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t available at the time when I left at six in the morning.

Cozy place with warm breakfast

Liked: Delicious hot breakfast. Extremely friendly staff. The room was peaceful and clean. The mini fridge was actually more like a half size! Coffee and tea around the clock and ample parking. It's in a small cozy little town. The brick oven pizza place down the street hit the spot after mile 20 mile hike!
