Disliked: The girl that was there when we checked in was very friendly and helpful at check in and breakfast. The guy there at night was not. It has snowed the day before we got there, but they had no salted the parking lot of the stairs, which is the only way up to the room. I wa straggling with three children and it was incredibly unsafe. My 4 year old slipped in the parking lot, but thankfully didn’t hit his head. The salted around 6pm on Sat and it snowed Friday. Also, the room sat right next to a bright light and the blackout shades were useless.

Liked: Continental breakfast wasn't great, but better than most. Room was nice. LOVED that the heater fan didn't stay on 24/7, but only when heating.
Disliked: Check out took forever. Front desk does triple duty, so waiting on a paper receipt took a while.
