Good

Liked: Very good Location! Also has a very good breakfast and nice friendly stuff!
Disliked: There is no mini bar or refrigerator in the room!!! Big minus! I didnt like that the air condition makes noise (every 1-2 hrs) like someone knocks on the door loudly! Also the doorstep, going in the bathroom is very dangerous, and I hit my foot two times!

great location but definitely not...

Liked: location was great, breakfast was ok but there was only 1 coffee machine so long wait
Disliked: room was tiny, tv didn't work, had a power cut when using the sockets, shower was broken so could not adjust height when i tried to the shower fell off the wall. we asked to have it looked at but no one did anything about it.

Great location, great Hotel and...

Liked: Conveniently located a 10 minute walk from Paddington Station and one street away from Hyde Park so you do not hear the busy street. Great bus and Underground links, only a 25 minute walk through the Park to get to the major museums. Breakfast was very good and ALL of the staff are very friendly and kind
