Lively staff and good food...

Liked: The staff were lovely and bar area and restaurant nice and food and staff great.
Disliked: The room was awful, dirty, very dirty. Needs to be addressed as not up to standard. Mattress was awful and pillows lumpy.

Value for money

Liked: The room size and bed were comfortable and the bath was a nice size
Disliked: The room was on the cold side and there was no spare blankets or covers so did feel cold even when in bed

Beautiful building, lovely staff, couldn't...

Liked: My partner and I never seem to have any luck when it comes to hotels but this one was just perfect! Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with a friendly face. We were given complimentary parking and a drink for my partner's birthday! The room was wonderfully decorated and spacious, hot water came on immediately which doesn't even happen at home.We were staying at the hotel for a murder mystery evening so we had a few drinks in the lounge whilst we waited. All the staff were chatty, friendly and happy to help in any way. The building was simply beautiful, 100% recommend!

Excellent choice

Liked: Situated in a lovely little village with good access to the M1, Milton Keynes and countryside around Woburn.The hotel is warm and welcoming with cozy well appointed rooms, a good dining and breakfast menu and friendly staff. I would definitely stay again.
