Liked: The hotel it's self was nice but when arriving we notified them of having a dog nothing was said about a daily pet fee. Upon leaving and checking out again nothing was said about a pet fee. An hour after leaving they charged my card 139 dollars for a pet fee without permission. Nothing we signed had anything listed about a pet fee. It's very unprofessional. We were also evacuating for a hurricane so this was not a planned vacation. When we reached out to them about these fees we were told u had a dog u have to pay it. Well I am disputing this charge and will never stay at another best western
Disliked: Staff and hidden fees they don't notify you about.

Convenient

Liked: We were happy we could bring our 5 pound dog. The location was close to our sons home. That is about it....I wish I could say more. I truly hate to be negative.
Disliked: we normally stay at Best Western and book with booking when we go. We always pay in advance and for our pet. This time when we arrived we had to pay a pet fee that I thought had already been included and that was not good. Also the smell in the room was horrible. The breakfast was sub par.

Disliked: STAFF WAS INVISABLE EXCEPT FOR DESK CLERK ON OCCASION. STAYED 3- DAYS (NO HOUSEKEEING OR CLEAN TOWELS ETC.)
