The best of Western ⁹

Liked: How quiet and dark the room was for sleeping in.Close to everything you want, especially the trams and eateries.
Disliked: I know it's a shoebox, but the door to the wardrobe should be able to open and no replenishing the milk for tea and coffee.Other than that, fantastic.

Good overall

Liked: It was clean and went clean towels every day
Disliked: The rubbish wasn’t taken each day even though we bagged it up

Great location for attending business...

Liked: The reception staff were lovely. Offer to store my luggage but then finding my room was already available and being given a room upgrade when I arrived made my first work day far less stressful and I appreciated the thoughtfulness. Easy walking distance to MCEC for a multi-day industry event and Southern Cross Station for travel. Also, when I reported an issue re cleaning, the staff handled it straight away and the issue was resolved by the time I returned to my room.
Disliked: The initial cleaning issue was a bit of a disappointment, however as already shared it was taken care of as soon as I reported it. I am certain that if given that attention at every clean, it will not be an issue again.

Disliked: I have stayed here before with no issue but I’ve noticed a lapse in the cleanliness, the shower was dirty and there was an unpleasant smell in the room.
