Great stay. Would use this...
Liked: The location was the best thing about the hotel. And for the price you are paying, honestly perfect for what it is. Really nice put together hotel.
Disliked: The shower facilities need to be upgraded. Shower was like a shower you would have at the beach.

Very good
Liked: Price good bed comfortable and room was clean
Disliked: There should be a bright strip on the edge of the step going up into the bathroom so you can see where the step is. The carpet is hard to define where the step edge is and its dangerous. .THe step up into the bathroom itself should have a strip on it also to show there is a step going into the bathroom.

Good
Liked: Knew we had booked small room that was ok but the toilet shower space was totally inadequate. Could only just squeeze into the shower

My stay on the whole...
Liked: The comfortable bed, the cleanliness and tidiness.
Disliked: There was not even a chair you can use to sit on and use at the desk to write something comfortably. That was very disappointing!

Great location... Not coming back
Liked: The location was very Central. What we managed to do was park on the streets which was a free after 10 pm and then pay for a further two hours at 7 a.m. which allowed us to get out of their hotel by approximately 8:30 a.m. in the mornings, viscusted us $4. On the day that we needed to stay in the hotel for a little bit longer, we parked in the car park that they had organised for us which was approximately a six-minute walk according to Google back to the hotel. That costed $25. The sheets were clean enough. It was only a 5 minute walk to the aquarium. We drove and didn't need public transport but for those who need public transport it's very close as in tram ... 30 second walk.
Disliked: We booked a courtyard room as we had a pet dog. Overall it wasn't very well lit. The room was small, you had to squeeze through the table on the bed to get through to the courtyard. The so called courtyard was concrete and dirt... Tiny... 3 square metres The shower was crap. We could not get it in one consistent temperature. This was a bit of an issue for me as I was traveling with children. Water pressure was almost non-existent, issue if you have long thick hair. Again the bathroom was a very very tiny. The bathroom door bangs into the shower head. The sink in which you would brush your teeth is approximately the size of two palms outstretch. It seems that they only have one round of housekeeping in the morning, as I indicated a house clean post 12 noon and it didn't happen. The corridor is under Reno'sFor the same price at another Australian capital... Same centrality... We got a much more spacious room with a kitchenette, much better facilities... Like Nespresso three beds. So yeah ... Not coming back!

Very good
Liked: I liked that I got a room with windows that opened. I liked that there were stairs I could use instead of the elevator. The staff were very helpful.
